Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I have been coming to Pep Boys for over a decade with my very first car. Their employees are like family to me. The service used to be fantastic- I’m not sure if they changed ownership or something, it’s just not up to par now. I took my car to get the tires rotated, and I left (unknowingly) missing hubcaps. Called Pepboys to ask them where my hubcaps are, for them to tell me “oh sorry we have them. They’re just in the back.” I’ve asked them multiple times to help me fix an issue on my undercarriage- they never said no- just took my money. What I had to ask them to fix just fell off TODAY, because they never even touched it (but I paid for them to fix it). Go to Jiffy Lube instead. If you patronize this place please know their frontline staff is so kind and accommodating!! Just stinks t

Horrible Experience Conveniently broke the little lever to open the hood of my vehicle and never mentioned it by the time I got home from leaving the store and got out of my vehicle. I looked down and I noticed it myself. At least I know that it’s best to inspect the vehicle before leaving because you cannot trust anyone, and after looking, their reviews are not the best. I’m surprised they’re even still open.

Did a great job figuring out the problem and resulted in car needing a new battery. Price was great and awesome was nice, cozy and smelled good. Thanks again!

Pep Boys definitely gave 5 stars service! Long story short my girlfriends and I were delayed on our road trip because one of doors were jammed our the vehicle. We went to pep boys located in North Brunswick and representative Chase came to our rescue. They were kind enough to help in less than 5 mins in the rain. Highly recommended we will be coming back for such phenomenal service!!!!!

Our experience at this Pep Boys was unacceptable. The front desk lady was unnecessarily rude and not know how to treat customer. We had tire alignment last week, after immediately we had started getting noise from one of tire. Today we went to confront them and they misbehaved with us. We just asked that please check on noise. We cancelled all services for future and not going to use this center at all. We don’t recommend this at all.
