The customer service was excellent. The lobby was clean. Parts and labor reasonably priced. Ineeded to have a front headlight replaced. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes.

I shopped around for prices and I called rydell. And they wanted a $800. I called a Dodge dealership and they wanted a $1,300. I called Pep Boys and they told me $400. Because I already had the spark plugs with me. That price is much better than all the other places. So definitely if you guys are looking for somewhere to save money. Definitely go to the one in NorthHollywood, that's for sure!

Great first time experience, my brother recommended I go to them. I wasn't sure they were still around since I saw the store closed but he told me the shops are still open. I came in, it was fast they checked my brakes and a noise I was hearing of metal bumping around. They told my my brakes area till fine and have 50 percent life and they fixed the metal piece that was bent and tapping my rotor making the noise. All with no charge it was a great experience and fast. I will definitely be coming back. The noise was driving me crazy and happy it's gone. 5/5 service

Edgar G and his crew were superior today. They helped me without complications or confusion. He made suggestions and made me feel like this was a place where I could send my mom to to be taken care of. I made an appointment before I dropped in, and they even started on my oversize tall van before my appointment since I showed up early! I brought my service dog in and even used their wifi. Wow guys! You're great. Thank you for being so accommodating and understanding, I will definitely be returning to these guys again when I need help with my vehicle. Took my car in for a breakfluid change, the inside door handle is caked in motor oil and engine grease. Took me an hour to clean, and that was after they were running two hours behind with my appointment. Edit: upon further inspection the motor oil on the door handle literally destroyed the handle, melting the plastic. Will be taking further action to resolve with Pep-Boys.
