Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Made an appointment online and when I came in I was told I needed to wait 3 hours before anyone can work on my vehicle. I made another appointment, then left. I returned a few days later and asked for an engine oil and filter change, the brakes checked for wear, and the rear brake drums adjusted. The mechanic finished with my vehicle, so I asked the service writer about the brake wear. She looked at the notes from the mechanic and there was nothing about my brakes. The mechanic happened to walk by and I asked him about my brakes. He said he "looked" at them and didn't know how to adjust the rear drums. So here I am with my vehicle parked out front and only half the work completed and no clue about the status of my brakes. So what was I supposed to do, come back a 3rd time and maybe someone

Came in for an engine light, got an oil change, and a new battery. Expensive but quick. The new manager is very nice and everyone make sure I was taken care of. Also had my dog with me and they let him sit inside me with while I waited for my car.

They were late to open and I had an 8am appt. Went in for a tire repair. Turned out to be just a rim switch for my replacement tire. Took an hour. They didn't fill up the replacement tire and did not return the air valve cap to my spare rim. Damian was the tech.

Had both lower control arms and my rear shocks replaced on my Silverado. Also had an alignment done. They got me in quick and had the work done same day. Very friendly service. Good communication and price. Will definitely use them again.

GINA and her team did excellent work. She was very informative in regards to the processes that were taking place and explained everything thoroughly. She greeted us with a smile and had amazing customer service through and through. Definitely will be a returning customer.
