Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I reached there for 9am appointment and they changed four tires and alignment done. Kevin did the drive test around to make sure the tires are working good. Kevin finished within one hour! What I like about Pep Boys is they have this appointment tracking website. They send you link thru text message and you can track where they’re at. Lenin is really nice guy and very professional and knowledgeable about the car issues! I recommend to anyone who wants their tires fixed, changed, and aligned. Fast service. Great service! Wonderful staff! I am highly satisfied with them! Will be back for more services!

Fair price and the best customer service in the automotive industry! They never fail to get me in and out as promised and without sacrificing quality. My only note would be to get more comfortable stools for the lobby work station. However, if this is the only note, you’re doing everything right!

My tire was delivered to I240 location but when I arrived they told me they couldn’t install it. I had driven 40 miles from home, and they told me I would either have to leave my car or reschedule. The staff over there wasn’t helpful at all. I called the Agent where i bought my tires , and they quickly arranged for me to take my tire to this location. This location installed it without any issues. The employees are very nice and professional. I would recommend this place.

I went here yesterday for my brakes. The gentleman at the front was great. I received the inspection results via phone call and text message so I could review it. Alejandro did a great job on my vehicle. I will be bringing it back for other repairs and have recommended you to a few people already. Thank you!

Cost of assessment was not disclosed up front. They gave me the same assessment Autozone gave me for free. Technician said my spark plugs looked original to vehicle (vehicle is 9 years old; spark plugs were replaced in May). Did he even look at them? Went to another mechanic on Monday. He did the repair for $300 less than Pep Boys estimate.
