Bought a new car, they brought it here to get aligned. We went back to the dealership to pick it up and the steering wheel when going straight down the freeway was about 20 degrees off center. Called pepboys back up and told them. They said to make an appointment for 2 days from then and they will fix it. Showed up to our appointment and my husband asked how long since we had 3 little kids under the age of 3 with us (got to keep them busy) and he said hour to 1.5 hours. I asked is that until you look at it or until its finished? He didnt answer the question he said there's 5 cars ahead of you, i said ohhhh wow... he then said well im doing you a favor. Excuse me? Had a blowout on the freeway in my RV on a Sunday afternoon. I called this location and they had a tire in stock, so we pulled in. The RV was too big to fit on their racks so they did it in the parking lot. Got us out of there in a very reasonable amount of time. Helpful, friendly guys who didn't have to go out of their way to help us but they did it anyway. I know nobody is excited to work on an RV but they did it anyway. Kudos.

I would recommend Oscar to a hundred people! I just left five minutes ago — my car tire got a nail in it. They clearly explained when it’s safe to repair and when it’s better not to for safety reasons. Oscar’s service was excellent — he truly cares about his customers, is very patient, and even speaks a bit of Chinese! If you come here, make sure to ask for Oscar.

Oscar and Jorge were such great help with getting my car fixed. As a single momma, it’s difficult to find a place to trust your car with and not get taken advantage of—as many of us fear. They were honest about everything up front and with charges. The service is great, along with checking all of my concerns about my car. This is the place I will keep bringing my car to for services as they are trusted.

Oscar came in clutch having four KO3 BF Goodrich tires for the truck. I didn’t have to go drive 2 hours away for some and pro military. Thanks for the work fellas
