After going to five different tire dealers and Pep Boys was my number six place to go after interacting with DIEGO. I was very calm and reassured that he was going to take care of my car as if it was his own car. He worked with me very patiently and assured me that everything was going to be just fine with the car he would put it back the way it was so I am very grateful to be able to work with DIEGO. He’s a very good employee a very good asset to your company thank you very much.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience pushed me to. I brought my car in on Sunday for an oil change and a skid plate repair. Dave told me he would follow up with me, but I ended up having to call three different times just to get an update. On top of that, they didn’t even have the correct phone number on file. Because of this, I could have had the skid plate repaired much sooner. The service was unprofessional and a complete waste of time. If you say you’re going to follow up with a customer, then follow through. Now I have to rearrange my schedule because Pep Boys couldn’t handle something simple. What a joke

Great service! My wife and I have had our car go through maintenance here twice now in the last few years. The mechanics and technicians here are very professional, their pricing is reasonable, and their time estimates have been accurate every time. Definitely recommend!

Booked appt online smooth process. I was able to utilize the safest cheapest option for my vehicle repair. Car tested out and back on the road in an hour. Diego and his team did a fine job. The reviews are correct if i had more trouble i would feel good to go back there for work again.

Loved being able to book online and then also get a live person when I needed to modify my appointment. Easy process. I was called for a reminder which was awesome because I was running 10 minutes late and they said no rush get here safely. Got my tires installed. Would go here again. Friendly staff.
