Great location. Easy to park and prompt service. I did rotation today and they found little defects on my tires and suggested how to fix them. I've been coming here for years now. Always a good experience. You can have a great ceviche in the restaurant next door while waiting!!

I came in for a vehicle inspection for Lyft and the service was incredible. Anthony was absolutely professional and made sure my appointment went very smoothly. I’ll definitely be coming back for more services in the future.

Kenny was great, helped me find the best deal available, even though he had to track down tires at other stores! Follow up was 100%. It has been years since I used the PepBoys store...changes have been made and I liked it. But Kenny made the experience , kudos to him.

Dear Pep Boys Customer Care, I visited your store today to have my battery tested. No one was at the counter when I arrived, so I had to flag someone from the shop. I was told to wait by my car, but no one came out. After a long wait and a second trip inside, I was told they wouldn’t check my car unless I drove it into the bay, which I’d offered to do at the start. Once I pulled in, the mechanic, Enel, was professional and helpful. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained what needed to be done. I tried to raise the earlier concerns with the manager, Kenneth, but never received a follow-up. I’m sharing this so you can review front-of-house service and communication at this location. I did complete the service and spent $290 on a new battery and terminal.

Finally, after a last ruff winter in Long Beach it was time for all new tires after driving with three used tires. Came in and got helped by David, he was kind and super knowledgeable over the phone, so I knew he was the man for the job. He did find me four great Goodyear tires that will last. He also checked my battery for me along with a few another things just to be sure I’d be on the road back home safely. There was comfy seating, and water was offered. I don’t feel like I was there more than 45min. All in all I’m 4 days later, and I’m feeling good . Thank you David & Pep boys Oxnard!
