Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I have been a loyal customer of Pep Boys for years, which makes this experience even more frustrating. On 12/8/25, I paid over $300 for two front tires and an oil change. When I picked up my car, there was a very strong oil smell inside. Shortly after driving, my car alerted “low oil” and felt off. I returned immediately. I was later told the issue was caused by spilled oil that was not cleaned properly. I specifically asked whether any damage occurred and was told no. While I understand mistakes happen, this should not have occurred in the first place. On 2/25/26, I returned for a new battery ($268) and to have a dashboard code cleared. I waited for hours, paid, and left — only to realize the dashboard warning was not even cleared. I had to turn around and go back again. The next morning

Super slow took over 2 hours for an oil change that had an appointment. Very disappointed wasted a lot of time in store. Definitely not feeling satisfied with waiting so long and not giving me a heads up it would take so long

Needed tires on my wife’s car and I called and spoke with the manager Mike T and he was very knowledgeable about the different tires he had and was able to get me in for four tires and alignment same day. The store was clean and very well put together. Will definitely continue going for my vehicles needs

I have been to Pep Boys in the past. I liked their service. I needed Tires for my truck. Once I called them in Palm Bay; and speaking to the manager there I was convinced to take my truck here. The manager was a professional and on top of his game. He kept me informed through whole process. I will definitely take any vehicle back to him.

I had an excellent experience at Pep Boys when my car battery died unexpectedly. The employees, Teddy and Mike, were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly to me and even made sure to relay all the details to my dad, who’s in New England, so he could stay informed too. Their communication and professionalism really stood out and made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend this Pep Boys location!
