Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I have postponed this review for months to give Pepboys a chance to correct this issue but that apparently isn’t going to happen. We have spent over $2000 over the course of this year and about 6-7 visits to this location for the same issue. Long story short, we have replaced the radiator, belts, hoses, valves etc and our Durango SRT is still leaking coolant. On one visit they did admit that something wasn’t secured properly so they allegedly fixed that issue but we continue to have the same problem. I started coming to this location originally for my Audi however it was under different management at that time. They were always so great which is why I eventually had my husband bring his Durango and now it seems we have had nothing but problems. The manager Antonio was very flippant w

I was a little hesitant about having services done at this location due to past customers reviews. But that's exactly what they were. Past! Steven, The Master tech they have in-store now is very educated and a well rounded auto mechanic. He has no problem helping me understand any issues i am having or any issues that could possibly occur. Things start wearing out then you have to start replacing the bad for the good! Glad the bad mechanics are being replaced for the best one! I recommend that you ask for Steven the Master Tech for any and all issues, concerns and diagnosis of your vehicle if you want them done correctly! I recommend 100%

I’ve never left such a negative review- EVER. I don’t take it lightly. But I can’t let the deceit and poor customer service slide without warning my neighbors. We had a door dasher blow a tire in front of our home (she wasn’t even delivering to us). She was pitiful and crying, saying she only had $26 to her name and didn’t know what to do (she was door dashing trying to make money for her tire she knew was on the verge). My husband took her to the nearest tire shop (which happens to be this Pep Boys), and we were buying her a tire and covering -all costs. The quote was over $200 for a single tire - the cheapest option they could offer. I called ahead with a nail in my tire. Antonio assured me they could take care of me asap- and they did. I was treated with respect and no one tried to talk me into anything more expensive or additional than the reason I came in.

Paid for a 12 month alignment warranty on a used car i bought in November 1, 2025 at Pep Boys PTC. At first they tried to refuse the warranry and said it was dated 1/11/26. This was THEIR written warranty from 11/1/25. I had to show the credit card pymt receipt before they proceeded. They had actually pulled the car back out of the bay area when they initially refused the servicing. In the end, the alignment was performed. An appt had been made for this, but still took an.hour after all the mixup.
