Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

It was 5pm on a Friday and I needed a tire! Mine blew out that morning and my spare was flat!! They had 1 tire in stock! They got me in and out the door within an hour!! I’ve previously worked in the tire and automotive industry and that’s typically unheard of! I didn’t catch the Managers name but him and his associates were amazing! They went above and beyond! I’ll definitely be back!!

E. 9 mile Road in Pensacola location has the best service. Thank you to both the mechanic and the young lady that worked Thursday on 02/12/2026. Keep up the great work. People like you are what we need.

They straight up lied to me.... Went to get my motor mounts replaced. They suggested I order my own parts to save money so I asked them to show me the correct parts to purchase. They showed me the parts to buy and I bought them. Brought my car and the parts in for them to work on and around the time I was to pick it up (8hrs later) I called to see if they were done and they said the parts I brought in were the wrong ones. So I asked them to clarify the parts to buy. The guy there explained more so I bought the new parts and brought them in to make sure they were the right parts this time. The guy looked at them and said they were right this time so 2 days later I dropped off my car with the parts. 2 hours later they called me up saying these were the wrong parts again after the SAME guy

I came on Tuesday with a nail in my tire, and I needed a replacement. I paid $116 for a new tire. The following day, my tire was completely flat with no nail or signs of damage. I called and asked to make an appointment to have it replaced and specified I did not want to pay for another tire due to just having it replaced by them the day prior. When my car was brought back, they noticed that they had not put the tire on correctly, so they replaced the tire and proceeded to try to charge me $110 for the new tire when they were at fault for not installing it correctly.

No service after tire purchase. These guys are nothing but excuses when it comes to scheduling an appointment for warranty work. Plus they are jerks. I ended up going to Fisher tire and service at Creighton and ninth, 850476 tire, they are awesome. Got me in immediately despite the fact they were busy and only charged me $35. I would rather pay $30 then get it done for free at Pep Boys. I will never go back there again
