I made multiple appointments through their online system. All three were canceled. There was no reaching out. There was no notification as to why and because of this now I'm set back even four more hours again of my day. Another half day wasted without work because of their broken system and their failure to actually do anything about it. Be warned this location is not reliable. Sun devil Auto is more reliable than pep boys

All I can say is wow!! The manager that runs this store, runs a tight ship here! I must say this is the best looking pepboys in the valley. Presentation is everything! On top of it being clean and presentable for a customer. They provided you with quick & honest service.

I went here to get two tires. The customer service was good. However, after checking in on time for my appointment, my car sat for about 30 minutes before going into the garage. Once my car was in the garage, it took about 30 minutes to get new tires and I was ready to go in about an hour. I recommend you drop your car off for service.

So I came last Wednesday to do my car alignment And then after two days driving it start taking up to the left so I called the shop. I talked to the guy on the front desk. I told him listen man I didn’t meant but my car is taken to the left. He said OK. Do you wanna schedule an appointment? I said yes, please I said Wednesday so I don’t have time on Wednesday to come so I came in Tuesday So I came in on the Google maps says they open 7:30 I came in here around 7:35 until this moment 750 the door is still close. Bad customer service bad behaving.
