Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Rolando was awesome as he always is!! I have been a customer at thus store for over 15 years and Rolando is always so helpful with kind, courteous and honest service. Please make sure he is acknowledged for always doing a great job!!

On December 18, I visited this establishment to have the two front tires on my vehicle replaced with a new set. My interaction with Orlando was outstanding. He provided excellent customer service, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended shortly after. A few days later, I noticed that whenever I exceeded 55 mph, the front end of my vehicle began vibrating. This was never an issue with my old tires, so I assumed the new tires were not balanced properly. I contacted the store and specifically asked to speak with Orlando due to the great service he had previously provided. I ended up speaking with Mr. Ben instead. I explained the issue and asked if I could bring my vehicle in to have the tires rebalanced, as they should still

YOUR BATTERY IS FINE, DONT TAKE THE BAIT! This shop has a habit of trying to upsell you batteries, when yours if perfectly fine! These people had the audacity to LIE to my face and say they had to jump start my car to perform service. TOTAL BS! Battery has never given me an issue, and car started right up when I picked it up. Also, appointment times are more like drop off times to get in line and wait for service. Took 2 hours to start working on the car from “appointment time”.

I visited the Pep Boys in Sunrise Plantation for a simple battery service, and unfortunately the experience was very uncomfortable. The customer service attendant was rude when explaining services and pricing, and every time I presented a coupon or asked for clarification, it seemed like a big bother to him. I also noticed that my name, address, and vehicle information were incorrect, but I hesitated to point it out because of his attitude and fear of more backlash. He sighed and huffed as if helping me was an inconvenience, which is unacceptable—especially for a new client. Because of this experience, I don’t think I will be using Pep Boys again.

Excellent customer service was provided by James the Manager. I had my car serviced at this location and is riding like new again. Thank you !
