I recently visited Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires for vehicle service, and overall my experience was smooth and professional. The team completed a full vehicle inspection and handled several electrical and installation services efficiently. While the total cost added up with parts, labor, and shop supplies, the work was completed as promised and my vehicle was returned in good condition. I appreciated the clear service order documentation and the timely completion of the job. There’s always room for improvement with pricing transparency and communication during the process, but the staff remained courteous and got the work done. Oneil, Shavon, and Craig were the best! They helped me get an appointment right before the holidays and had exactly what I needed to get all four tires changed. They gave me a great deal as per their website. The tire change service was fast; I was in and out. The customer service at the front desk was very professional with a smile. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this location. I'll be going back to them the next time I need new tires.

I’ve been to several locations in the South Florida area, BUT this one was by far one of the least impressive. Despite being nearby to me I decided to drive further south (an additional 10 miles) after my initial interaction where I had an appointment. First, the location was desolate of customers and I originally thought that I could get in seamlessly for a diagnostic service. The lobby was empty and I could see that one of the service attendants was smoking a cigarette in the “work area” as he watched/chatted with someone out of view. There was one lone customer sitting in another room off to the side and it was just 10:00 am…no phones ringing, no other customers in sight, and just no activity whatsoever. I have been getting my car serviced with Pep Boys for years. If your car is giving you problems, I suggest that you take it to this PepBoys location. The prices are not as high as the dealer, but sometimes could be expensive depending on what service and parts your car needs. They do great work, especially Craig and Eddie. ONeil is great, too. Associate Shannon is AWESOME and knowledgeable about giving great quotes. She is very professional, takes care of the customers' needs, and keeps the waiting room tidy. She makes sure that coffee, cream, sugar, and water are available. Not to mention, she is quick and multitasks. As far as I can see, Shannon is the only female that works at PepBoys, and is an asset to the company. I believe Shanmon deserves a raise.
