I always come here for everything my car needs!! Richie is truly phenomenal with his expertise in cars, inspecting before services and a genuinely nice person to work with when it comes to maintaining your car. I always hope he his here whenever I book my appointments online, that is super easy!! I recommend Pepboys to everyone, especially this location !!

I had a pre-purchase vehicle inspection performed on a 2023 VW Passat. I needed peace of mind knowing I wasn’t investing in a potential lemon. They did a thorough inspection and also gave me the Car Fax report for the car. I was very impressed. The inspection came back clean with no issues for the car. I suggest pre-purchase inspections at PepBoys. Spending $100 on an inspection in order to save yourself thousands is a no brainer.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an auto shop. I brought my car to Pep Boys expecting honest advice and fair service, but instead I felt like they were trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. They handed me a long list of expensive “urgent” repairs that supposedly needed to be done right away. Something didn’t feel right, so I decided to get a second opinion from another mechanic. Turns out most of the things Pep Boys said needed to be fixed were either not necessary at all or not nearly as urgent as they claimed. That made me feel completely taken advantage of. I’m a single father of three kids and every dollar matters. It’s extremely frustrating when a company tries to pressure you into spending a lot of money on repairs your car doesn’t actually

Went in for an oil change and everyone involved was fantastic! They were also quick too! Had my appointment at 1pm and was out of there around 2pm - one hour earlier than most places. A shoutout to Ritchie as well. He was a pleasure to talk to as I was getting checked out. Great experience. I will be back with my other cars to get an opinion from this shop.

Negative stars if I could. We took my daughters car in over a month ago to fix an axle. We heard very little over the month. Finally they said they couldn't find the correct part. When we showed up to get the car, we were informed the drivers side window had been cracked in a few places and the back window completely smashed out. They told us it's not their responsibility. How is that right? I asked. It's in your care. He said at least we didn't charge for storage. Completely unacceptable!! We had them vaccum the glass before we left. I'm disgusted and a bit annoyed by their attitude towards the situation. I do not recommend this place to anyone. We'll see if we hear from them as they said. *Update* 2 months later and still no resolution. We contacted them and we have not heard back. Wors
