Great customer service always provided by Jeff, Lee and Mike! Quality mechanics on staff that perform basic to complex repairs on all vehicle types. Always extremely satisfied with PepBoys Service department!

I was provided an initial free inspection with one code for need of service. The next day I received a telephone call where I was informed that other work needed to be done on my vehicle. I believe if a code was provided to me in the initial free inspection P1025, then the two other codes added the next morning should have shown up on the first report. I believe that Pepboys padded my need for other work. I believe that a tuneup was not necessary at this particular time. As a loyal customer I am truly disappointed in thinking that Pepboys would pad my bill for extra revenue.

Grossly incompetent staff. What would take me fifteen minutes to plug a flat tire has taken 48hrs and counting. Plenty of auto shops. They don't want your business. Employees are there for a paycheck. No pride in workmanship or reputation. My arrival to the facility was the first red flag. 40 mins before closing, doors were locked. Employee was sitting in his car waiting til 8 oclock. Didn't come out and acknowledge me when I tried to enter. This event occurred 1/30. That employee needs to be fired. Check your cameras. Who knows how long he has been sitting out there stealing company time. Or, what other policy violations he may had committed.

Had a hose fall off and lost all my coolant. Was in a real emergency to get some coolant put in, would have been an 10 minute job. He rudely refused me and sent me on my way. I will never give this place another look again or give them one cent worth of business. They wont even help someone in need, was willing to pay for anything plus tip too.

Jeff , Mike, n Lee are always a pleasure to deal with They are knowledgeable and informative throughout the service process. Would recommend these guys to anyone that needs service to their vehicle
