Never stop here keep on driving. Worse experience ever! Rick the assistant manager very unprofessional. He also stated I know when and not when to be professional. Whatever that means. Took my suv in for simple road ready maintenance due to the fact we were driving 15hrs. Making our holiday get away. That turn into a nightmare all because Pepboys wrong doing. That they are deny any responsibility get this Rick the assistant manager stated that 4x4 actuator can activate on its own. The whole process is screwed up. From the bottom to the top. Wonderful Job. Replaced my transmission and of course things take time they are not Robots and can’t make things magically happen quicker so I knew my car was gonna be there a bit. I was very clear in explaining what was going on with my vehicle and what I wanted looked at so they had clear communication from me. They did great at keeping me updated when there was an update to give. Highly recommend going here. Very respectful staff.

I was very impressed with their service. I was very impressed with their ability to not make you feel taking advantage of. I needed a very small part. They could’ve easily replaced it and charged me, but they gave me the part and gave me an option to go next-door to AutoZone buy the part brought it back they installed it Next week. I’m going to have my vehicle tuned up. I am 100% satisfied and I was a customer 30 years ago and I’m just coming back. .

6/5 stars – I came in for a pre-purchase inspection. I booked online and saw a discounted price of around $90, which I thought was great since I was ready to pay $130. In truth, it took longer than quoted, and I was in a rush, but when it was all done, I was given a detailed printed report. They even comped the vehicle inspection without me asking—I only had to pay $8 for shop materials. I was so shocked that I asked for a printed receipt, and it said “complimentary inspection.” I actually drove home and knocked on my neighbor’s door to show him, and he was equally shocked. Extremely Poor Service and Unacceptable Wait Time I had a scheduled appointment at 5:00 PM and arrived at 4:30 PM. I was told to wait about 20 minutes, but ended up waiting for over an hour and a half. By the time someone finally spoke to me at 6:30 PM, I was informed that they couldn’t service my vehicle that day because their closing time was 8:00 PM. They didn’t even look at my car or diagnose the issue, and simply asked me to come back the next day. This lack of communication and poor service is completely unacceptable. I wasted a significant amount of time and was not given any proper notice. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve their service.
