This place has turned into a PEP Boys and definitely has improved and I’m totally for it! Before, I would avoid this place at all cost but now I can say that DANIEL AND DANIEL (DSquared) were very pleasant and most definitely helpful! I can and will say this place is new and IMPROVED! I truly appreciate Daniel taking the time to help us out! I will for sure be coming back and telling others that this place is much better than the last one! Thank you guys for taking the time to really take care of your customers!

This Pep Boys constitute a small group of local businesses who provide exceptional service, they literally go above and beyond for the customers and the employees are extremely knowledgeable on the services provided. We had Amanda at the front desk and I will say this is the kind of employee more places should have. I am a retired Marine and I will say if we had more Amanda in the service it would be a great asset in the Military. Great Job great Service no time wasted.

Kaitlin and Daniel D. provided friendly and fast service! Went in for new tires (warranty was honored for previous NEX purchase). This is the best kept secret around - but willing to share to with everyone in the San Diego area. Open to all - not just military, however military get a 10% discount.

We had a vehicle at their shop and went in on Saturday to talk through pickup. We asked a very basic question: can our tow truck pick it up Monday? Their employee said, “No problem.” Monday comes. Tow truck shows up. Vehicle is gone because they already had it towed. The employee admitted they messed up and said he didn’t even know why it was towed. Cool. Mistakes happen. The problem is what happened next. The manager (Javier) took zero responsibility. No “we’ll fix this.” No “that’s on us.” Just a hard shrug while we ate a $400 bill to get the vehicle out. And for what? The parking lot was empty. This wasn’t some emergency. It was pure carelessness followed by even worse customer service.
