Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I’d like to take this review to highlight Mack. He helped me get my wheel trim fixed on the tires of my AMG. I truly appreciate him for the patience and willingness to help me. Whenever you go to this location, ask for Mack. He’ll definitely provide you with great service.

Save your time. Save your money. Go somewhere else. They used to have a really nice service manager who always helped me and was realistic about my vehicle needs because he used to work with Chevy’s all the time. I had an issue with my car that wasn’t resolved and he told me I could come back and they would look at it again and give me a discount since I was a returning customer. By the time I was able to bring it back, he no longer worked there and the new service manager wouldn’t give me a discount or anything even after I explained everything and he looked at my service history. Or not received training on his appalling customer service skills. Won’t be back!

Great experience with fair priced tires. They called me when my tires arrived and took 35 mins to install them. No nonsense, in and out without trying to upsell me. I will visit again when I need tires.

I would like to give a shoutout to the gentlemen at this location. I came in unsure of what was going on with my Cadillac SRX earlier this week. Initially it was believed to be the alternator after having purchased a battery the day before from an auto store and my car being dead again that night, I was a little worried. These guys took a look and made the effort to explore all options and found it was a different problem that ultimately saved me about $1200. because of the extra time and care they took to make sure all bases were covered. Not only did they give exceptional service with my vehicle. They were personable and made the time spent there with my 1 year old comfortable and pleasant. To the new manager, Darius, I appreciate the service. The entire staff; Gabe, Johnny, Mac, and the
