Yesterday, 02/14/2026, I had an appointment to have my air conditioner serviced. I arrived at 10:00 AM for my 10:30 AM appointment. I sat there until 6:00 PM, only to be told that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car and that they were “pretty sure” it was a part that would cost $4,000. Keep in mind, I have a 2021 Nissan Sentra. While I was waiting, I overheard a woman — I’m not sure if she was a manager — telling another employee that the technician working on my car did not know how to work on that system. She repeated that she was pretty sure he didn’t know how to handle it. That immediately raised a red flag, but I continued to wait patiently. I made an appointment for 1:30 and everything was great. I even called before I arrived to make sure they were on time and punctual. It’s now 4pm and they haven’t even moved my vehicle to start the service. I asked the guy at the counter and he said even though I made an appointment it was for the same day and treated like a walk in. Either way, I made an appointment and there is no excuse for this. Like seriously? It takes over two hours for an oil change when I made an appointment? This place is absolutely horrible. Never go here unless you want to spend all day.

Avoid this place at all costs, they will damage your vehicle. If I could put a negative rating I would. This place should be shut down. I made an appointment for 2 front tires to be swapped out and an alignment on a BMW. I showed up 15 minutes before the appointment at 4 PM and dropped the vehicle off, telling the advisor that I would wait for the work to be complete. The advisor mentioned that the technician that does alignments is on lunch and that it was going to take take time before they would get to the car. I don't understand how this matters as the allignment tech being on lunch has nothing to do with a different technician swapping out the tires so it's ready for the allignment tech to come back from lunch and do the job. Came in trying to get a quick 4 tire change without a lot of hassle or spin and that's just what i got. Everyone there was very professional and they did their best to get me a reasonable deal. Having called a few places before I came over, I was really happy with the tires, service and price.
