Excellent service here from the crew especially Jonathan and Jonathan. Have brought in two different cars here and they are prompt, detailed and give you good, honest advice including offering up coupons or specials without being prompted. The price quoted for a start stop battery issue was half what another shop had quoted me. Will keep coming back here!

My sales associate was named Joshua and he was very friendly, pleasant and knowledgable in tire sales. No run around but a clear understanding in what I wanted for my 2013 Toyota sedan. I would expect to leave your car there for at least half a day or maybe you may have to come back the next day. Every store I called for my tire didn’t have my size. Pep Boy’s was a mile away and I had to wait one day to get my tire deliver and mounted. No problem for me. Joshua exemplifies a good associate for Pep Boys and I will ask for him when I need tires on my cars again.

Let me start with the good. I found the online reservation process to be easy and straightforward. That’s about where the positive ends. I dropped my car off for my 1pm appointment with the understanding that the process of changing tires takes about 45 minutes. 4pm rolls around, my car hasn’t even been touched yet. Fast forward to 5pm, I have now lost half a day of work waiting on a simple procedure and my car is STILL not finished. Once I was finally told that my car was ready, after an over 4 hour wait, I was also handed a broken wheel cap and a “this was broken by our technician, sorry”. The last straw was when I got in my car and checked my tire pressure. Please tell me why one tire would be a different PSI than the other three? That will cause uneven wear and I just don’t unders
