I would like to share with you an experience I had at Pep Boys. This was my second time coming to them for an oil change. I had a great time especially with The Dustin the manager he provided a great service and recommendation to help Me make sure my vehicle was ready for a Long trip. Dustin recommended that I get the top off fluids option. I also saw him engage with other customers with respect And patience. In this day and age it’s nice to know your local PEP BOYS is giving quality services. Thank you DUSTIN and the whole team for your DEDICATION.

This location replaced an oil pan plug with a temporary plug and failed to tell me that the plug would fail. It failed 50 miles away. Luckily I wasn’t driving it on the highway. Towed car to shop and paid for new oil pan installation. 9 months later I gave them the benefit of my doubt and took the car back for an oil leak. Diagnosed needing valve cover gasket and distributor replacement. A week later I was told that I needed a new ECM. A month later told ECM replacement failed and no idea if one was available. I purchased a guaranteed ECM and had it shipped to me. 2 weeks later was told car wouldn’t start and they were chasing electric issue. Finally got my car back 2 weeks after that with a cracked steering wheel column cover. Told by manager that they didn’t want to see the car ever agai

My car went in for a new starter when I got it back the service engine light was on and the car is rumbling as I was driving it. I paid a hefty amount for service so I brought it back because that is not how I gave them my car. And I use my car for work, I know how it feels when you drive, I didn’t feel safe driving it after I paid and received my keys. Michelle at the front desk was great but I’m hoping the car situation can be rectified. As I do come to this location for service and never had a problem until today.

Great customer service! CSA I believe his name was Dustin did a great job taking care of customers and very informative of everything that a customer needed to know about both their vehicle and the shop. Great place to get work done on your car!

Dustin and Troy are the man!! I had a great experience here at this shop. I was feeling down and out about what the previous shop did but Troy was very reassuring that everything was going to be fine. I picked the car up from Dustin in which he went above and beyond to help me finish up the process. Thank you all for your hardwork, me and my family are happy and safe back on the road 🙏
