Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Yesterday, I left my car for an oil change service. The pickup time was later than I expected. Because of that, I called the store and informed them that I would not be able to pick up my car that day and that I would come the next day instead. The employee I spoke with said that was completely fine and that they understood. However, my schedule ended earlier than expected, so I decided to go and pick up my car that evening. When I arrived before 7 PM, the store was already closed. Google shows that the store closes at 7 PM, but when I arrived before that time, the door was locked. I called the store and was told that all the employees had already gone home. After that, I saw something very shocking regarding my car. They did what we had agreed to (tire rotation), were timely, personable, professional; and, they took the time to show me new tire options and printed a short quote; and, they decided to not charge me for that day's service as a veteran discount. Waiting room has single serve coffee and tea, which is decent, as well.

The customer service is amazing! From not being from around Missouri and my car unexpectedly braking down I was scared. They were all so kind and made sure that I got my car back and quickly as I could. I was informed throughout the entire process and they were all so genuine. The price was explained and fair and they were honestly great guys. Will definitely be going back!!

Scheduled an appointment to get my truck inspected. Walked in and place was empty practically a ghost town. Told the guy I had an appointment proceeded to tell me I should be getting a cancellation. (They didn’t have an inspector in) THANKS for letting me know guys. Went next door to Midas and it took 30 minutes. 1 star pep boys 5 stars Midas.

Hey so 2 years ago I had a wheel bearing changed on my car and then it failed, pep boys was understanding and although I was out of the 1 year warranty decided to give me a 10% discount. Matt was exceptionally helpful and understood my issue and money restraints and tried to offer different alternatives, I shopped around and found pep boys to be the best price and were willing to get me in as soon as possible. Honestly it's nice to speak to a person who isn't trying to gouge you and does his best to try to help you out. I'm a repeat customer and I'll probably go here for all my car needs.
