I arrived for my 7:30 a.m. appointment and Preston was at the front desk just looking at me. I said good morning, but he did not acknowledge it and instead immediately asked how he could help me. While I understand getting straight to business, a simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated and honestly, wouldn’t have cared had I been serviced. I informed him I was there for my appointment, and he asked if I was dropping the vehicle off. I said no. He then told me that there was only one mechanic available and that he was currently working on an AC issue, so it would be an hour or two before my vehicle could be seen. I would like to understand the purpose of scheduling an appointment for a specific time if the vehicle will not be worked on anywhere near that time. When I made this a

Avoid if you value your time. Asked when initially entered how long to have an oil change done and was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Two hours later vehicle was still sitting outside and they had not even started. 4 bays empty and 3 people sitting at the front desk joking around. They also brought in several vehicles that arrived way after me in ahead of me with no explanation. Ironically this week I was in the process of picking from several service locations to be the mandated tire and auto repair shop for the 125 fleet vehicles in my charge in the St Cloud/Kissimmee/Davenport area and I had all but decided to use this location by default. Obviously Tires Plus, who serviced the vehicle within 30 minutes of my arrival and showed superior customer service will be getting that business.

I went to this Pep Boys this past week and had a great experience. Daniel took care of my car, and helped me with the inspection and routine maintenance to my car. I also did tires rotation… Quick, simple and easy! Excellent customer service! Definitely will be back soon for new tires!

Dangerous and Untrustworthy Service: I went to the St. Cloud store# 1519 on August 30th for a rear brake change. As soon as I pulled onto 192 and gained speed, my car started shaking and making a loud pounding noise. I immediately pulled into Walgreens, got out, and discovered that two lug nuts were missing from my rear passenger tire. This is a serious safety issue that could have ended very badly. They came out to me, used two of my Subaru spare lug nuts, drove the car to “make sure it was good,” and promised to order me a new pack of Subaru lug nuts for the inconvenience. I was told it would take about a week for them to be received. On September 13th, after hearing nothing, I called to follow up. Excellent service. Daniel took great care of us from the very beginning. He clearly explained the work our car needed and gave us different options to fix it, always keeping our best interest in mind. Very honest, professional, and attentive. I highly recommend him.
