I had an absolutely amazing experience at Pep Boys! From the moment I walked in, Johnny was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. He listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what my vehicle needed without ever making me feel pressured or overwhelmed. The service was fast, thorough, and incredibly reliable. It’s rare to find an auto shop where you feel both taken care of and respected, but Pep Boys delivers on both. My car is running better than ever, and their attention to detail truly impressed me. What stood out the most was the honesty and transparency. I went in for an oil change and I was a walk in. My technician did the oil change the fastest i've ever seen get done. I was in the office for maybe 5 minutes and my car was pulled into the garage. I waited maybe 15 minutes and everything was complete. Amazing job at west lane pep boys 🙌

Staff was great. The job they did on headlight restoration was amazing. Did not think they’d be able to do anything with them. 100% happy with the friendly service and work done.

I always have an amazing experience with Mark. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had an experience with someone else in the past who wasn’t considerate that I am a woman and that I am not a mechanic. Mark, is so respectful and explains everything to me thoroughly. He allows me to really be part of what’s going on with my service. He literally opened the hood of my car so that I could point out the issue to me to better understand the issue. I love when he’s there, there’s no one better. Thanks again!

I am never disappointed when leaving this location. I have been coming to this location since mid 2025, come in with a problem or problems and leave with the problem solved. Johnny and his team are all knowledgeable in their field and will get the job done. Even if you are a young female like I am who may not know a single matter to do with cars you don't have to worry about getting scammed lol. Johnny, thank you always for the great service given to clients like me.
