This location truly sets a high standard for the automotive industry. From my very first phone interaction with Brandon to the moment I left, the experience was exceptional. Brandon and Javier were both knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain pricing, expectations, and the overall service process. Their genuine care for customers is evident and, unfortunately, rare to find these days. Brandon even followed up the next day to ensure my expectations were met, which speaks volumes about their commitment to service. Thank you both for such an outstanding experience—I will absolutely return for future services. I highly recommend this Pep Boys location; it’s well worth the drive, even if it’s not the closest one. :)

Came here for years because of Patrick. Now they fired him because he helped too many people with great service and honest pricing. If you’re looking for workers that care more about pleasing corporate rather than making their customers happy, make sure you hurry in to this Pep Boys location.

Worst service I had from auto shop in my life. There misdiagnosis end up costing lot more for repair. On top they were extremely rude and would not refund for parts I didn’t need from misdiagnosis, which was removed by a different shop since that was not the problem to begin with. This experience taught me don’t go to this franchise shop, all they are good for are routine work like brake, tire and oil change.
