UPDATE: Editing my original review because we had a MUCH different experience the second time, a month later. We came to get new tires with their "Buy 2 Get 2 Free" Black Friday special. We called ahead by a couple days, and the guy on the phone insisted he would give us a great deal on some other maintenance we needed... but on the day of service, our final cost was DOUBLE the estimate, upon review, we realized they charged us for warantees that we DID NOT agree to, and one of the new tires was FLAT the following morning. TLDR: the service you get here is highly dependant on the staff working. We'll probably be going to Discount Tire next time. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The guys here are awesome. What a great experience! Andre and Jason were so friendly and the service was fast! They listened to me and told me everything I needed to know. It was less expensive than I expected as well. Ill be back for my oil changes and maintenance every time.

Awful place. Looks closed and the shop looks horribly maintained. 1 look and you dony want to get your car worked on here. I had a scheduled appointment. Showed up, and the guy rudely says...hey man...tough luck. Our mechanics called out sick today. If I owned this shop. Id fire everyone and start fresh. The place looks and obviously is....in shambles. Yikes!

I took my ford escape in on 11/30/25 at 9AM for repair. They quoted me $1200 for a tune up service but that wasn't what was wrong with the vehicle. Then they quoted me $680 but couldn't guarantee it would fix the issue. The gentlemen that was helping me was totally clueless, said he wasn't a mechanic. I took my vehicle somewhere else. These pep boys don't have real mechanics. Just good for oil changes and tires.

Disenchanted with customer service at a competitors store, my first visit here was just for a tire rotation. Great customer engagement by the store manager and I was in and out in 30 mins. I will be buying my next set of tires here.
