I had a great experience at this location during a previous oil change appointment, but my last experience was the complete opposite with lengthy delays, lack of communication, surly attitudes and one staff member falling asleep at the computer keyboard right in front of me. The experience was less than professional.

My car broke down and pep boys will tow it for $85. I called the facility in the morning and they immediately called me back with the problem and a cost estimate. They had the car fixed in a few hours and were courteous and professional. Frank was a pleasure to work with!
