Quickly installed a battery for me. Great service and quality. Lowered one star because they didn’t apply the veteran discount they agreed to when I initially brought it in. (They don’t let you see the final invoice before you pay). Had to come back the next day for a manager to thankfully resolve it.

You guys help SO many people, that you probably dont remember me. But I came in because there was a nail in my tire, so i wanted to have my tire looked at and potentially have it patched up. Because of the way the nail went in, my tire did not need to be patched or replaced. You guys did not charge me anything! That was lucky. But I was also SO lucky to come to you. I swung by Pep Boys for a new battery and was pleasantly surprised. Even without an appointment, they took my car back immediately. The best part? I saved 30% with a coupon, and they stuck to their 45-minute time estimate. Great service and even better efficiency!

I had purchased tires through an online site and Pep Boys came up as an installer center. They were close so I chose them. I had paid for everything through the online site. That included the tires shipping and installation fees. Once I arrive at Pep Boys for my appointment at nine in the morning, the gentleman behind the counter made fun of the tires I had purchased Then he proceeded to have issues with his computer system. Told me that the guy that runs with the computers won’t be in until 10 He would give me a call once everything was fixed. I don’t know how this was my problem I had paid for everything.
