Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

These guys are fantastic. I have an older, harder to work on car, and I needed a service done. When other shops turned me down, including other Pep Boys locations, Kenny and his team were able to help me. They did all the repairs on my car, kept in touch with status updates, helped me out with suggestions on what will need to be done in the future, and were easy and pleasant to work with and my car runs better than it ever did. I will definitely be coming here from now on for all my service needs. I recommend them highly.

10/10 with this Pep boys. Every time, Joe has answered the phone he has been very polite and extremely helpful. I chose to push out my appointment over the phone and Joe did that for me in less than 20 seconds and I was already getting the email confirmation of the new appointment. I ended up calling on Feb 1st to ask if I could walk in for the tires day-of instead of my set appointment date on Feb 9th and they easily took me in no hesitation. I am extremely grateful for Yurii as he is the one who serviced my car. He was very helpful, and upbeat with a smile. He finished my car thoroughly and even got to show me some damage to my undercarriage cover which he also helped repair free of charge. Thank you Pep Boys team and I will definitely be coming back for my next set of tires!

Joe the assistant manager is a great guy and I really appreciate them 10/10 recommend just because their customer service is top tier. Shout out to Kenny also great guy. If you’re looking for a shop that only does their job well but also are upfront and honest this is your place.

I was treated very well from talking with the service Advisor to the technician performing the tire service. I had a 130 pm appointment and was out the door by 300 pm. Very satisfied with the entire process. Pep Boys ofBordentown NJ Thank you.

Purchased tires and had them installed after making an appointment the night before. I had the wrong info on my tire size so after dropping off my car I received a call that they didn't have that the correct size in stock and were tracking them down at a different store. They told me that if I got a call back it would be if they could not get the tires. The next call I got was that the car was done. They had the car for only like an hour longer than they originally said and the cost was basically the same. I would go back again, no doubt.
