Great service and great people. After a mobile mechanic from Can’t Stop Mobile Brake Service installed the drum brakes incorrectly on my Tacoma, the team at Pep Boys quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything fixed within a couple of hours. I really appreciate their professionalism and fast turnaround getting my truck back on the road.

Bob was great. he ordered my tire that day. it came at the end of the day. Bob got me an appt the following morning 8am. i arrived, took my keys and showed me were the waiting area was (very clean). when my car was ready they let me know. from handing off keys to giving them back was about 30 mins. One last reason i would come back is fair pricing. i just replaced this tire two months ago. Pepboys was dead on, on the price.

I had a problem with my brake lights and I fumbled through my layperson’s explanation of the problem to Bob. He was extremely patient with me and listened closely. He and the team managed to fix my problem the same day and for a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be back if I have any other needs!

Got service the same day without having to make a future appointment which was awesome because we had to travel out of town. Waiting area was comfortable, clean and stocked with coffee. Cable TV was available as well. All employees were friendly and helpful. Will use them again.

The service was fine. But I have to take one star away from no smiling. "THE BOSS", not very friendly. I'm glad they had the item that I needed and I carried it out from the store myself.
