Terrible experience with this location! My daughter took her car after her headlights would not turn on, after keeping the car all day, and charging her 70.00, they said they could find nothing wrong. Could possibly be something to do with the battery connection, but they said they did not have the parts to correct that problem and sent the car home with her unrepaired. Upon picking her car up, she noticed that the AC was not coming on at all! It worked fine when she dropped it off. I called Monday morning and asked to speak to a manager Who was extremely rude, Ryan did not identify himself when speaking to me I had to ask for his name. I went for a starter to be change. After $800 and less than 10 miles, my truck overheated. Stopped in auto zone parking lot. Opened and found adjustable pliers there commonly used to change oil. My truck didn't go there change oil. I returned the pliers to the customer service, wondering if they were so careless to left tools... how do I know they did brake something else? Or if they started to change oil by mistake and did put oil back. A good customer service will offer at least to check the car, but the did not! I chose pepboys, but never again!

I came to this Pep Boys location to have a flat tire checked and was extremely disappointed with the service. We asked them to check the tire, and they told us there was nothing wrong with it. That turned out to be completely false. I went to Discount Tire right after, and they immediately found a screw in the tire. This alone shows a serious lack of competence. On top of that, we waited nearly two hours for them to “check” the tire. They hadn’t even looked at it during that time. When I finally went up to the counter to ask for an update, then they pulled my car in. There was absolutely no reason for the long wait. Save yourself the time and frustration—skip this place and go to Discount Tire right around the corner. If you want, I can also make it shorter, more direct, or even firmer dep

Second time here. I had a great first time experience. So I made an appointment to get my new tires done for the second time, I walked in. Manager wasn’t friendly and didn’t greet me. Rushed me when I had a few questions and told me a different estimate when I was told on the phone prior the appointment that it was gonna be the estimate even it says the same online. It was $14.70 per tire, tells me differently. Smh.

They were able to get me in quickly and help me fix my issue quickly. They were really friendly and eager to help me out. Had a great experience both times I have received a service.
