I came in for an oil change and break inspection. I had an appointment at 11, but their system glitched and it didn’t show up on their end. They were full but Peggy was able to still get me taken care of and out of here in 45 minutes. Very impressive and great service!

Ruben is a great manager at this Pep Boys location and never seizes to surprise me with his transparency, honesty, and integrity. I believe this location goes above and beyond for your repair needs! Jaime and Peggy were my personal heroes. They took care of my busted car day-of so I could drive the 1,300 miles home safely. New CV joint, lower control arms, engine mounts, and an oil leak. Great shop, kind folks, professional service.
