Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I bought a set of 4 tires along with alignment, balancing and mounting, 1 year later I noticed some very unfamiliar tire damage to my front tires, one being flat. I took it back just to hear them say that I don't have a warranty on the tires or the alignment, they showed me no common courtesy at all even tho' I had those services done. I got a 2nd opinion and I was told that the alignment was not done right the first time, if it was the tires would not have worn the way they did so I had to pay for it again

I like to say Mark did such a great job. He was so helpful. They were all helpful owner. Whoever else was there you guys were all really kind and polite and service was really fast. I would refer my friends and family here as well. Have a wonderful day thank you.

Mark and Tommy helped me out right before closing, I had just ran over a nail that got stuck to my tire. They took care of us, made us feel at home. I would've probably had to get it towed or pay for a service call the next day so this was greatly appreciated. Will be coming back to this location moving forward

I took my car in to this location to get a "ride share" inspection for my son who wants to work as a ride share driver. So anyway, as I filled out the paperwork I was told it would cost $40.00. That was a surprise to me as other Pep Boys locations only charged $19.00. That aside, for the sake of convenience, I agreed to pay the requested amount and left the car there. So, I went across the street to get something to eat while I waited. I received a phone call from Pep Boys telling me that my two rear tires need to be replaced as they were "old", "cracked" and that the "tread was worn". So I went back to the car to do a visual inspection and just as I thought, the tires were in average condition. The so-called "cracks" were barely visible, and the tread was normal wear.
