Great experience here. The mechanic explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what was going on with my vehicle. Onix, the manager, kept me informed the entire time and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Honest, professional service I highly recommend them.

I’ve been taking my vehicles and my family’s vehicles to Pep Boys on Landis ave in Vineland for the past 3 years now. The service is quick and friendly! Onyx is the man he takes excellent care of his customers and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied! Prices are a bit high but, you’re in and out of there in no time so it’s worth the money. All repairs are thoroughly explained. Great place! Onyx you rock! I know if your at the counter I’m in good hands 💯

Not enough stars.10/10 My husband and I had to get our rotors replaced on our jeep. We went into this knowing we were going to be spending a lot. This was our first time going to pep boys and I promise it will not be our last. We experienced excellent customer service. When I called ahead the kind and wonderful lady on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and just a pleasure to talk to. She made sure My needs were met, I was able to get a great appointment time and the price was better than any other place I tried. (pep boys offer amazing discounts on their website) thank you for your fantastic service. Then we talked to the mechanics, they were the absolute best! Kind, made sure we were comfortable. He made sure we understood each and every problem. It was just so nice to finally talk to

I came in to this Vineland store and the staff in the store was friendly , kind and professional. Krista greated myself and other customers politely. The manager Tayra made sure that she fit me in when they could promptly see me since I drove an hour to the shop. Shortly after I arrived the manager and mechanic Johnathan quickly found the issue in my tire they brought me back to see the issue and fixed it quickly. I highly recommend this store and commend the staff for thier kindness and professional customer service. Thank you

I went to the Vineland shop and right off the bat Krista was wonderful. Gave me a great price (I had received a much higher price from another pep boys and my husband received a lower price, but not lower than this store and a lesser quality tire). She gave me the sale price with the free two tires. Not sure what the other shop was doing, it was my usual shop. I was also told from the other shop it would take 4 days for my tires to come in. Vineland got them the same day. Krista stayed late just to meet me, she was awesome. Tayra was also wonderful, awesome customer service and Onix was awesome as well and explained every aspect perfectly so that I would understand. I will definitely come back to this shop just because of the customer service I received from Krista, Tayra and Onix.
