I have been with pepboys since 2020 when i bought my first car in TX. They have taken care of both my cars since then and this is by far the BEST location i've ever been too. Customer service is top tier and buisness is quick.
I went here when it was still NEX Auto Care and had work done. After it switched to Pep Boys I was concerned they wouldn’t honor that work or warranty, but they did. They replaced my shocks at no charge, quick turnaround, and the staff (Steve and the counter crew) were helpful. I left feeling like it’s still a place you can trust.
Great customer service, these guys truely went above and beyond helping me keep my car on the road!
