They did an excellent job on my car. They put four brand new tires 🛞 on my car, as well as a wheel alignment. And the staff were very friendly, nice, and helpful. I am definitely going back to them in the future! I just got an oIi change from today and once again…. Great service!

These guys here went above and beyond helping out my mom. She needed to get her starter fixed and they took care of her 100%. I also have been here for my car services, and they treated me well also. I don’t give 5 stars to just anyone, but their customer service is the best! Thank you guys from Pep Boys Visalia, you have hearts of gold taking care of my senior mom!

I called around for a while about a specific service on my truck. Forgetting about Pepboys.. was reminded.. so I called them, and they offered a better deal than lots of others. They explained everything thoroughly, very friendly, and professional. Easy payment online, texted me with the diagnostic findings, and with the parts and labor layout. It was there less than a day. Front office staff, specifically Tyler was great. Highly recommend this place and will be a customer for a while!

Great experience working with the Service Manager Vince. He was professional, helpful, and made the process easy. He helped with new tires, brakes install and wheel alignment for my F-150. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I appreciated his honesty and clear communication. Definitely recommend him!.

As usual, Pep Boys has provided the excellent service I've come to expect. I came in late in the day, close to closing time, and Paul still managed to squeeze me in so I could get my work truck serviced. Paul and Tyler both have done an awesome job taking care of anything ive needed done, and have always treated me like a VIP. Visalia PepBoys is the place to go for any of your vehicle needs.
