Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I walked in without an appointment with concerns over my tire going flat was told it would be an hour or more. I stayed to wait for work to be completed and in half the time I was notified that my tire was all set. I checked out and everything was taken care of it was the easiest and fastest experience getting my car looked at that I have ever gone through and I appreciate it so much because I had a nail in my Tire and with the impending storm coming, it was really great to have it all taken care of in such a short amount of time. Thank you so much.

I was so impressed with the outstanding customer service while dealing with Jose! He was knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly polite keeping me informed of my car repairs and prices! Jose is a gem! These guys are great. I called them. I had 2 tires that were slashed. They got me right in, had me towed in got my car done. Immediately for me to go to work, they were so kind and respectful. Definitely will go back there again. Would like to thank all the staff that worked on my car into the gentleman upfront that spoke with me. Very funny guy, you guys are great. Horrible!!! I needed a tire rotation. Every time I called, I was told “the system double books” or “you’re better off just showing up and not making an appointment for a tire rotaton” .. I have showed up for weeks asking for a tire rotation. They could never do it. I finally came on a Saturday, and they had me sit there for 45 minutes before coming out to tell me my tires were worn which I was already aware of. They attempted to try to convince me to purchase new tires from them. Once I told them no, they treated me differently, were rude, and came out 5 minutes later telling me there was nothing they can do for me and handed me my keys. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They helped me on a very scary day that thank God my child was in good hands in that moment in time. Because something very bad happened while I was driving my vehicle and I felt helpless in that moment but then luckily pep boys was a blessing to be close by because at first I thought I had a flat but it turned out to be a billion and one other things of course 😂 but overall the front desk and the workers in the back were super respectful, very responsive, and overall genuine to their duty and their job even the workers in that back made sure that I also understood the logics of what's was the best step to start off at with fixing the issues. So I'm truly grateful for pep boys once again thank you 🙏🏽🤞🏽💯
