Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Came in late Saturday after the Thanksgiving holiday heading out of town. Jose and Josh helped me and they were absolutely incredible. They explained everything I needed, help me with purchasing a new tire since I have some type of screwdriver or something in my tire. They were very caring and attentive. Helped me through a frustrating time and it was an absolute pleasure working with them. Thank you Again Jose and Josh for taking such good care of me and having me back on the road so quick.

Repeat customer, first time under the gun. Had a flat I couldn't fix. They're a Tire Rack installer so had exact replacement sent to Weatherford store. They had it ready for me the next AM. Great service as usual.

My starter went out on a Saturday leaving me in a jam with a work project. These guys at Pep boys completed the job in less than a day enabling me to complete the project on time. Thank you to Mr. Laine and all involved in the repair. You guys get in done!

The guy at the front was good and the oil change went well. However, I was shocked to see how filthy this location was. The lobby looked like it hadn’t been swept in weeks. Cobwebs were all over the legs on the chairs. The restroom was absolutely disgusting! I went in and immediately turned around. I understand men work here, but they should still keep their restroom clean for their customers. As a woman, I was super uncomfortable with the level of uncleanliness and would not return.

Amazing group of mechanics and service! Came in for tires and had a misfire, the mechanic managed to narrow down AND fix what we've been trying to figure out for months
