I had to have a wheel alignment done. Called before arriving to see if the had any availability. Richard was friendly from the start and let me know that he could service the same day, I just had to leave it till 1pm. Richard called me around 12 letting me know that the service was done. That was great news since I was heading out of town right after.

Fast , Friendly service. Work is done by professional staff and they keep you updated with the progress of your vehicle also letting you know if there's anything else that needs to be done and work with you on when to fix it , I absolutely love this pep boys location and would recommend it a million times

Pep Boys is now only doing service and tires. I purchased & scheduled everything on my smart phone. Super easy process with their online app. Wow! I was in & out within an hour with a scheduled appointment (of course). Great deals on tires plus lifetime tire rotation. Really! 😆 you can’t beat that. Go see Mark in Santa Fe Springs location for great customer service.

Many issues this day that left me very disappointed and feeling discriminated. All I needed was 4 new tires installed that I brought with me. . 1. I had an appointment set for 9:15a. I arrived at 9a. The service manager scheduled an employee that wouldn't arrive until 10a. 2. Around 11:30a, The service manager told me that the tires I brought are not the right size abd won’t fit. He was extremely rude and tried to belittle me not allowing me to speak when I disagreed with him. Kept insisting that I didn’t understand or know what I was talking about. He laughed at me and raised his voice to drown out my explanation then abruptly ended the conversation when I guaranteed that they fit. He shouted out fine we will do it so you can see what I mean.. then 10 minutes later told me that they fit

Haley was very helpful when I brought my car in. She communicated clearly the process and called me immediately to let me know how much everything would cost. She was very nice and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Overall, great service.
