I never wrote reviews. Ever. We are very upset. My husband had an appointment for front brakes to be completed at 10am on a Friday morning. We went to Pep Boys for the convenience. 6 hours later, the manager had to go back help the technician finish up the work. They had to order parts from another store to be delivered while my husband sat there. During those 6 hours, they had to order parts 3 different times. Very incompetent. They did give my husband a card for a free oul change, however I would be hesitant to use it, in the case that it would take them tooooo long to do it. Very inconvenient and will not be returning.

The technician took my car at scheduled appointment time, completed the services I scheduled in a resonable time and for a reasonable price, and advised me of recommended maintenance. The waiting area is clean and staff were professional. Overall an easy in and out experience.

Manager Alex and tech Evan were amazing!! Was in and out quick despite some things going on in the shop already! They were truly awesome! Had a balancing issue they did really quick

I came in for my appointment to have tires installed. It took over 5 hours. They were apologizing and offered a free oil change in the future. This was great until I came for the free oil change offered and I am STILL waiting for the oil change to be done and it’s be OVER 5 hours!!! Completely unacceptable!!!!
