Been coming to this Pepboys store for 10 years with no complaints I own four vehicles they keep them service and Ana running great especially if you can request Mike be the technician it works on your vehicle His knowledge and technical abilities are outstanding. And their Pepboys credit card advantages with zero interest? It’s very cool.

I was happy with the service. My AC has been working fine. I didn't have them diagnose the problem, but they fixed it as agreed. Remember to be sure when they quote you a price that they include the recovery and refill if the refrigerant. They didn't mention that until I arrived and said it was required (another $170ish). I figureed they could keep mine, but they said no. Still, the price was good, but the warranty isn't clear. I think it is only for 6 months. One of the workers said lifetime, except for labor, but the paperwork did not mention anything more than 6 months.

I appreciate that they stood behind their work, listened to my concerns, and took the extra step to make things right. The corporate office, costumer service phone agents, store manager and mechanics were professional, helpful, and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Very satisfied. It’s rare to see this level of accountability and customer care, and for that reason I’m happy to give them 5 stars for the way they resolved everything. Truly earned my trust! Thank you to the mechanic Danny who took care of my truck and to Randy!

Had a rental car that got a flat and was worried I’d need to get a new tire. They fixed it very quick, found some nails, and cost me $32. Huge help to get back to my travel plans.
