Pep boys is the best in Las Vegas . This location on N Rancho dr . Staff are very nice and kind . And very quick service.I highly recommend this place.

This is my local Pep Boys where I take my Toyota Corolla for maintenence. The service is always truly amazing. Tom was always honest and amiable. He is no longer working at this Pep Boys. However, it is now Randy as the manager. Randy is extremely nice and friendly. I am truly grateful that I can take my car to a Pep Boys where the service is exceptional. After being told at 2 other locations there was at least a 3 hour wait for an oil change because I didn't have an appointment, I tried here. Didn't need an appointment, was in and out quickly, and the new manager of the location Daniel was awesome. He totally earned my future business at this location for all my vehicles. It may be farther than other locations but I will go out of my way for great customer service.
