Pepe's Towing Service

My daughter’s car got towed last night I had a terrible experience with this towing service. The driver was not only disrespectful as he drove off without giving us an explanation so was the service call very unprofessional.They also charge a lot of money as well as they came into private property I went and talked to the office where I lived and they said that was not acceptable When he finally arrived, he was rude and unprofessional. He didn’t seem to care about handling my vehicle carefully. If I could give them no stars I would.

Very unprofessional experience. They came onto private property to tow my sister’s car without giving any explanation or notice. It felt shady and money-driven. Definitely overpriced for the way they handled things. I wouldn’t recommend. Money down the drain!!!

Rude employees on the phone last night my car got towed without a warning or notice they just took it in a community home they honestly pick and chose which car to take I witnessed two other cars parked exactly like mine and they decided to take mine not only as I walked to see my car being taken away the driver purposely speeded off along with supposedly being being open 24 hours but chose to not give any information about my vehicle horrible customer service I agree with every other review stating they are money hungry almost $500 just to take the car willingly.

You unconstitutional take my vehicle without my permission. You sell my vehicle for less than what it's worth. Then you send me a letter to cover "storage fees"?? I never agreed to have my vehicle stored there. And I most definitely never agreed to have it sold! I'm not paying you crooks ONE PENNY.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone . The reception lady was rude and. The guy who worked in the back. He said he didn't want to. Get contaminated from touching my vehicle .and he had gloves on. Already which was great . But it was rude as he and her look scruffy . And. She acted uppity and. Rude as all get up.bit was unbelievable . Because they deal closely with the. Police they think it's cute to look look down on the less fortunate . Ugly attitudes .
