I made a 9am appointment to have my oil changed (2020 Toyota RAV4). My truck was brought into the garage immediately. I waited in their office that included a television, coffee and great people to talk to. My truck was serviced quickly and efficiently. They are honest, respectful and reasonably priced - including gas ⛽️. Highly recommend and this will now be my go-to for my truck’s maintenance. Thank you so much!

HORRIBLE! If I could give zero I would. They will rip you off and then argue with you. They don’t show you their rates even when you ask for itemized bill. Not to mention how they will laugh in your face if you disagree with them! They are rude and unprofessional! You would be better off at another auto shop down the street.

I just needed an inspection sticker and gas, I got that! Nice guys, full service gas station. I'll probably stick with them in the future when I'm in the area. Comes up as AL Prime on CC statement by the way.

Getúlio & Chicão took amazing care of us! I brought my mother car over for a radiator issue and Chicão was able to diagnose the issue and repair at a an amazing price compared to other quotes I received from different locations! If you’re looking for an honest mechanic this is where you’ll find it! I’d but 7 stars but I’m only limited to 5!!

I recently had a disappointing experience at Peppi‘s Auto Repair in Medford. Initially, I brought my car in for some repairs, and although they charged me a hefty amount, I expected quality work. Unfortunately, soon after I left, I noticed a strange noise coming from the vehicle. When I returned to the workshop to address the issue, I was informed that I would need to pay extra for additional parts to fix the problem. Frustrated, I decided to seek a second opinion from another mechanic. To my surprise, they informed me that the shock absorber had been installed incorrectly, which was causing the noise. Overall, I felt that the service at Peppi’s Auto Repair was not only overpriced but also inadequate. I would not recommend this workshop if you're looking for reliable and honest automotiv
