We’re so glad we found a good neighborhood mechanic! Peppy is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and seems very honest. He ran a check, fixed the problem, and advised what I should do the next time I have a spare bit to spend on my car. Lovely guy, and we will be back soon!

I’m from CT and was visiting my daughter who lives in Astoria and my car broke down. I was on the GCP driving back to CT and the check engine light was flashing and the car was shaking. I managed to get it back to Astoria and began searching for a mechanic. Peppy’s Auto Repair came up in my search (highly recommended) and I called him and he said he’d look at it…bring it right down. He diagnosed it right away and said come back in an hour and it will be ready to go. I will forever be thankful to Peppy. He was absolutely great. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a mechanic.

Great, quick service and reasonable price. I was visiting from out of town and thought I might be having transmission issues. I was only in town for a couple days so needed quick service on a Saturday morning. Peppy did a diagnostic test that morning and addressed the issues at a low cost. I would highly recommend this business.
