They have the good old fashion, traditional business values that include: fairness, integrity, performance excellence, and high-quality customer experience. My first communication with Julie was informative and she always kept me informed on the progress of my car, through text. She worked with me and the insurance to get the job paid. This good news story is about an unexpected accident that happened (not our fault) just as we were preparing to store our vehicle leaving the area for an extended period. Bad luck turned into good luck by being referred to Perdigao Auto. We had loads of reasons to be worried including the short timeframe before our departure, plans we could not change, concerns about availability of parts, etc. Somehow everything worked out thanks to the solution-oriented, quality-minded Julie and the Perdigao repair team. This is a wonderful body shop, Julie is AMAZING! Very laid back and kind. We got rear ended and needed our back hatch replaced, plus some bumper work. She did a flawless job, our van looks brand new! We were considering Maaco at first but after reading many positive reviews about Perdigao we decided to give it a go and I’m so glad we did! The Mom, Dad, Daughter trio at Perdigao's Auto Body are unparalleled, competent, skillful, experienced professionals. For example, one part they ordered didn't pass their inspection. In reality, they could have used it and, because the imperfection would have been hidden from view, I wouldn't have known. But they ordered a replacement because they are perfectionists. They make sure their repairs are built to last. They also dealt with the insurance company adjusters, who were considering totaling this one-of-a-kind classic car. That didn't happen. Don't look further. You've found the best of the best.
