I’ve had such a tough time dealing with car shops and insurance, but this shop was a complete game changer. The owner does excellent work, communicates clearly, and is one of the rarest types of people you’ll ever meet—understanding, thoughtful, and truly caring about his customers. Honestly, I don’t care if I’m living all the way in Alabama—I would still come back here just to have him work on my car. He’s hands down the best person I’ve ever dealt with in this industry. If you’re struggling to find a trustworthy shop, please—do yourself a favor and go to HIM. 🙏🏽

I couldn’t be happier with the job that Perez collision center did on my SUV. Carlos the owner was super kind and kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. They made the whole process so easy and stress-free. If you ever need your car fixed, I definitely recommend them, they truly take care of you and your car! This collision center is ideal. Carlos was so professional and the full car inspection was perfect. We wanted to get a full car inspection before we sell the car. So we went to an MA service center yesterday and they said many things needed to be changed and gave us a $4,300 bill! They didn’t even get the tires off. We thought our car was going to fall apart. But today Carlos told us that they just wanted our money and things were fair. Luckily we exposed some greedy merchants’ lies!

I needed to install my license plates on my car and Carlos had me in and out very fast. He was very professional. They are very honest and hardworking. I would definitely recommend this shop.
