Disappointing. My first time here... and the last. I have all weather mats - I drive Honda civic. It wasn't vacuumed underneath them, the trunk wasn't vacuumed. I asked if they could vacuum around my spare tire as I had a flat tire recently and there was debris and I was told they'll do it - they didnt. The back seat was dirtier than before I came there. The compartments in the doors werent wiped... there are two cup holders in the middle console that I took out to make sure they are cleaned - they didn't clean it nor the middle cansole. Paid for Platinum service - not worth it. I tried calling twice to make a comlaint and leave it at thet but no one answered. Review it is. Prices are ok if they provide the service they advertise.

Used to be good. I don't know what happened with these guys. I know it's the same owner. I just saw them today. When I was there, but I mean, you pay $40 for a platinum and yeah, I'm sorry, 37 in change. And wow doesn't even come with armor and I just had to spend maybe another twenty thirty minutes trying to get all the water marks off. I know it's my fault.I should have walked there beforehand but i'm sorry.I had somewhere personal to go.I was in a rush but I won't be going here again.This is a third time keep giving you my money and I keep getting subpar results

I paid for the most expensive car wash available due to all the recent snowstorms and Salt. Service was supposed to include things such as under body wash, rainX, tire shine , interior mat clean, interior cleaner etc. While watching my car go through I noticed none of the extra things I paid for had the light come on , except maybe one. I thought maybe they were just broken, but I noticed another car going through with all the different lights going on. I told the cashier this, and she did lower the price of what I was supposed to pay for the most expensive one. I would just pay very close attention. Perfect shine is a great car wash. They take care of your car. They clean it thoroughly especially for this little KEI van. They’re very gentle with it and I’d love that.

Nice people and not an awful spot but come on ! This is how you wipe down the interior of the car. It's a simple 2 second wipe with your product and you can't even do that. Figured you'd get your interior of your car back looking cleaner than it was when you brought it there for $35!
