I brought my Grand Prix GXP to Mike with the understanding it would be looked at the same day I dropped it off. That never happened. Two days passed—no call, no text, no update—so I reached out myself. Mike said he thought it might be the lifters and that he’d get to it as soon as he finished the current job. Fair enough—I was patient and gave him time. Another full week went by. Still no updates. I called multiple times with no answer and no returned calls. My bumper was almost dragging on the ground on one side. I was passing through town and called 4 other shops but Perfection was the only one that was able to fit me in same day so I could get back on the road. To my surprise, he was able to secure it instead of taking the whole thing off. Generous guy who won't rip you off.

Mike is a very honest person. I was having nothing but issues from a previous auto shop and since bringing it here, things have gotten take care of. He's honest and that's what ultimately keeps me coming back. I highly recommend Perfection Automotive!

Mike got us in on New Year’s Day as I had car trouble while staying in Sioux Falls. Temps were bitter cold & he easily could have dismissed my predicament since it was a holiday AND a Saturday! Instead he did what was needed to get my family & I back on the road! Highly recommend- Thank you!
