Second visit at this mechanic shop and I've had a great experience! Friendly staff, availability, knowledge, and especially love the digital systems they use (Autoserve report & carfax) & their way of diagnosing is done with advance technology. Staff reach out with updates and recommendations that are honest and reasonable. This location will now be my go to for my Hyundai.

Awesome tire store and Shane the manager is a great guy. He allowed us the Gambler 500 group to drop off 35 tires we removed from the Columbia basin public lands in Eastern Washington. Awesome and kind act that saved us a ton of money in dump fees. I'd definitely do all my tire business there from now on. 🙂

My wife’s jeep was previously serviced for an oil leak at lithia and it was returned several times because it continued to leak and we were assured it was fixed and unfortunately it started leaking again. We decided to take it to perfection and they fixed the issue and it was a simple fix that the dealers techs couldn’t figure out and I will never take my car back to the dealer I just wished we took it to perfection sooner, it would have saved me time and money. Thanks perfection for resolving and making me a customer for life..

I had 4 tires and the wheels for a spare placed on our car. It was done in a very timely manner.
